Controller and contact

VELDA COLLECTIVE S.L., Calle Federico García Lorca nº 37, 101, 29651 Las Lagunas de Mijas (Málaga), Spain, is responsible for this storefront’s customer data. Use the contact form, WhatsApp or telephone while support email activation is pending.

Data and purposes

We process the contact details and message you submit, account credentials through our authentication provider, saved addresses, bag contents, order and delivery details, payment references and support requests. The purposes are responding to requests, providing accounts, fulfilling contracts and meeting applicable legal obligations. Payment-card information is intended to be handled by Stripe; it is not stored in our database.

Legal bases

Pre-contractual steps and contract performance support enquiries and orders; legal obligations support required business records. Essential security and spam prevention serve our legitimate interests. Optional marketing requires separate consent and is not enabled by placing an order.

Providers and transfers

The storefront is hosted on Vercel; storefront records are held in Supabase in the EU (Paris region). Carrier and payment data will be shared only as needed when those services are activated. Provider processing terms and any applicable international-transfer safeguards must be reviewed before sales activation. No optional analytics or advertising tracking is currently enabled.

Retention and rights

Data is retained for the purpose of the request or account and for applicable accounting, consumer and legal retention requirements. A final retention schedule must be approved before sales activation. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object where applicable, and withdraw optional consent. You may complain to the Spanish authority AEPD at aepd.es.
