Shipping & delivery

We dispatch from Spain. Our target is handover to the carrier within 24 hours after payment confirmation; delivery time is separate. Collection availability and holidays must be confirmed for the selected service. Shipping is charged separately. We serve EU member countries, Qatar, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, subject to carrier and postcode coverage. Customs duties and destination taxes outside the EU depend on the confirmed shipping terms; they are not included unless expressly stated.
