Product and prices

We supply Iranian Super Negin saffron from Khorasan, packed in Spain. Every size contains the same grade. Listed EUR prices include applicable product tax; a separate product sales-tax charge is not added. Shipping is charged separately. USD uses the stated conversion rate and date; no currency substitution is made at payment.

Order and payment

A bag or checkout submission is not confirmation of a paid order. Prices, destination, availability and carrier cost must be validated by the server before payment. An order becomes paid only after verified confirmation from the payment provider. Online payment is currently disabled.

Delivery

Dispatch is handover to the carrier, separate from arrival. Our target is within 24 hours after confirmed payment, subject to verified collection arrangements. We do not advertise a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier estimates depend on destination and service.

International orders

Import restrictions, customs clearance, duties and destination taxes outside the EU must be confirmed for the chosen route before an order can be accepted. No blanket all-costs-included guarantee is made.

Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected by these terms. See Returns & Refunds for withdrawal and faulty-goods procedures. We do not require marketing consent or an account to purchase.
